As discussed in Pureport Basics, the first step in connecting your cloud and sites is to create a network


To create a network:

  1. Login to the Pureport Console using an account with an appropriate Role.
    At a minimum you will need the Create and Update permissions for Networks. For more information on Roles, see the Accounts, Members and Roles article.  

  2. In the left navigation bar, select the Networks tab.

  3. The Networks page list the existing networks. Select + (Add a new network)  at the top-right of the console.

  4. In the New Network page, enter a Name and Description for the new network.


  5. Click OK.


The system creates the network and displays the Pureport backbone map. From here you can begin deploying your connections.
